Update: The team got back to me and advised what to do, and it works now. Thanks. The update does not work. Long pressing does not send I Love You. It still continues to send I Am Thinking Of You. I also find that the connection is often unstable, especially with using the bracelet. End up have to use phone to send a message. The developers for this apl really need to allow for reviews and work on improving this amazing concept.

I worked great for the first 3 days but now I can't receive or send messages. All of my settings are set correctly but STILL CAN'T send or receive messages. I can through the app but the whole point of the bracelet is so I don't have to mess with my phone to send anything! We love them when they work correctly. Please fix this issue or refund me my money!!

The Totwoo app for Android is very disappointing. Even with all permissions enabled, it doesn’t work in the background, meaning I can’t reliably send or receive messages unless the app is open, defeating the whole purpose. My partner's iPhone works fine, but this inconsistency ruins the experience. This app flaw makes the bracelet pointless—I feel I paid for nothing. I wish I’d gone with another brand that actually works as advertised. Hope they fix this soon.

So far so good. However started experiencing technical issues within the week. My end, I have disconnected and reconnected via unbinding and restarting the entire bluetooth. My significant other is currently experiencing a techinical issue. Bracelet is charged at 96% but it wont turn on when he disconnects the charger.

Had the mountain and sea bracelets for almost a year. My partner and I are on a trip. Hours and hundreds of miles away from home together. We kept our bracelets at home. I have reach out to support on this and they seem to give me the same trial and error that I have lost count of how many times i have done them all and our bracelets still seem to send "taps" when we don't even have them on. it has a hard time properly connecting all the time. You waisted monet getting this product. Trust me.

Great when it works, but constantly disconnects from your phone. When you try to reconnect it, it can't find it. You restart your phone and the app says you're not connected to the internet. Uninstall and reinstall the app and even then it only fixes it half the time. Extremely frustrating, and only seems to happen to Android users. My girlfriend has an iPhone and has no issues. Extremely disappointed in this app and company... Especially since the jewelry isn't cheap for what it does...

Poor very poor... Hubby and I love the concept but the connection is 🗑️. You walk away from phone 1 minute come back to it and your disconnected, have to literally open app to reconnect. My husband and I constantly text each other just to say you're not connected smh, we use the bracelets so we won't have to constantly be on our phones texting "I Love you" while at work... App is set to always run in background, notifications are on, Bluetooth, everything is set just keep disconnecting 👎🏾

The app will absolutely not stay connected and sometimes takes hours before it will reconnect, despite troubleshooting everything! The idea is great and awesome when it works, but that is very few and far between! If they will actually invest the time and resources into making it stable, which is absolutely possible, then this would be a 5 star. Until then, I'm leaving it at a one. Do something about it!
