This app is garbage. I've now paid $14 twice for car washes that used to cost $5. The app automatically "recharges" your credit card, but never ends the session. You can start the session remotely, but it won't end. Hang the hoses up and drive away, you are still paying until it maxes out at $14 leaving you with a balance of $0. Will never use another car wash that requires this app.

I love to get my car washed after driving on dirt roads because there's so much sand stuck everywhere. I do both Uber and Lyft so keeping the car clean is important and 95% of the time when I pull into this car wash I push one or two buttons and voila. There have been a few occasions where the app says that the system is offline. On some other occasions the system does not activate the car wash but the record shows that I used the car wash but it didn't work.

When it works, it's great. When it doesn't (sorry, this wash is off line right now, please come back later) you're stuck. Because, there is no way to contact the office through the app. Even when you are a paid customer with an account! There's no way to text them to let them know that the soap is out, hose is broken, etc. You have to "dig" to find a phone number for the manager. From the recording sounds like the software designer in MSP, actually. And leave a message! Bad business idea

One of the most useless apps I've encountered yet. I attempted to open an account using the app. I was supposed to be sent a key code to complete the process. No one sent one, and I can access nothing on the app without it. Deleted it and tried to reload with same results. Useless. Ridiculous. Flawed.

Absolutely missed the mark! This car wash is absolutely my favorite car wash. I come here because it's always clean good value for the money, products always come out at a good abundantcey, equipment is always in working order never have a complaint. This app by far does not match nor does it do any benefit to this car wash when I finally got my account verified. This app is no benefit to it's customers. Don't work but takes your money. Never came on.

The only advice I can possibly give for this app is to steer clear. I will never use this service ever again. After being charged $15 for what was advertised as $3 , that is insane. I suppose I should have prepaid the $10 minimum and left it at that. The facility had signage everywhere stating $3 to start which is all I was interested in and somehow that turns into $15. Simply Outrageous!

Really hit or miss. It's nice to be able to have the membership, but there is no way to contact the owners/admins. The washes don't always activate or comple the full run, so you lose that wash for the day. It's infuriating. Just had one where I got to the first soap...then it shut down and directed me to exit. No rinse or anything.

Doesn't seem to work? I received the activation code via text, but when I try to submit it, nothing happens at all. Other than that, the navigation within the app is buggy, it can't access my location, and I tried to manually but it wouldn't recognize that? I'm just going to uninstall it.
