It is okay, better in some ways than the other ones but the UI is confusing. So much going on in the first start, then more and more. It should be more simplified and modernized. The design is overwhelming. A lot.

It's the worst scenario I did met. When I gave an order they called me it's cancelled, when I give my second order they called me again it's cancelled again, when I called third time they said your second and third orders coming and I said why you called me twice for my two orders so they didn't accept the cancelled order so why ???????

Same as that other purple app whose name shall not be mentioned, trendyol go also fails spectacularly at delivering anything. You will get your order late, cold, and some of it missing. IF it arrives at all. Good luck using the assistant system for a refund, because the app is so full of bugs that you can't even connect to a real live person without what I can only describe as "probable cause", and as of now they took my money, but my order is invisible on their systems. I can't even refund it.

Hands down, the worst app ever. I can't log in with my existing Trendyol account, nor can I log in using Google, Facebook, or create a new user. Mind you, all of these options are there. They just don't work.

Restaurants just attempt scams. Everytime you order more than one of an item, chances are you'll only receive one rather than the how many of the item you've paid for. Today I ordered TWO Tavuk Döner Dürüms, but only received one. It's just so unreliable and even if they do refund you, it's still a huge hassle to go through and you have to either make another order to fulfill the missing item, or dismiss it. There's also no English support which is a huge bummer. The restaurants lack moderation.

- In short, their service doesn't protect the customer, instead, it protects the restaurant. - If you bought something with coupon, the restaurant may not send you one of the items that supposed to be included in your order. (And if they accepted the refund they will not send the complete cost of that not sent item). - 👉🏻 Plus, the coupons aren't worthy, and the food contains lots of oil and solid fat pieces. Whatever restaurant you choose, they are all the same. 👈🏻 - And Lots Of Ads. ⚠️
