App is horrible. Says pair to FireTV enter pin below on your mobile device. "You will only have to do this once to pair your device." Well, I have had to enter a pin every time I have opened the app and now this last time it asked me for a pin I have been waiting for the past 10 minutes for the app to open the screen to enter my pin on shown on the TV and when it finally popped up it tells me wrong code!!! This is frustrating!!!

How could I ever use your app when every three clicks you pop up with an ad on my screen so thanks for that I can't even use your remote or watch TV I figured that this app was supposed to be convenient for people who don't have a remote like me unfortunately but no not when an ad pops up on my screen every time I click a button on the remote. I do not recommend this at all unless it's the only thing you have. (You also asked me to rate the app as soon as I opened it I haven't even used it yet)

Too many ads otherwise it's perfectly fine until my remote wants to work again. The actual remote just stops working out of no where for no reason even with brand new batteries. So dumb! These remote apps come in handy but are very annoying bcuz the ads and half the time they freeze up and won't work either. This app just seems to have less advertisements. So that's why I chose this one! Lol

USE IN EXTREME DESPERATION This app seriously sucks so bad, every couple buttons you press shows an add, extremely clunky service, such a headache to work through all the adds i cannot emphasize enough. My regular Amazon firestick app doesn't work for me so unfortunately I'm stuck with this garbage fire. Do not use unless you have nothing else.

***STOP AND DRIVE YOURSELF TO THE STORE AND JUST BUY A NEW REMOTE INSTEAD OF THIS*** 3 day free trial charges you instantly. Paying a $30 subscription for a remote is crazy. Horrible ads. All extra features are paid. Takes forever to connect or just doesnt. Asks for review before I can use it, for good reason because now I know it's trash.

lovely that you can control the volume from the app but the ads when you start it up are straight in your face which isn't very helpful when you've woken up in the middle of the night to a documentary about baboons and are too groggy to correctly navigate out of a bright ad (maybe that's the goal I don't know) and the fact that you need premium to use the widgets made me quite miffed

Unusable without premium, Just buy the batteries Video Ad every 8 button presses. scrolling for a new tv show? Hope you have popcorn ready because every 10 seconds you'll be watching another 30s ad Also insanely unresponsive: click once..nothing, click twice..nothing, click 4 times quickly? suddenly you've ventured to the unseen cobwebs on the side of whatever app you're using. And I promise it has nothing to do with your internet, I pay for 1 gigabyte/ second internet for just me and my wife

Hmmm, ADS AND I have to pay? Not worth it. One or the other. I just wanted to change the channel while waiting for my replacement remote. FYI, the replacement cost me 1/2 of what you are asking AND NO ADS!!! I'll just watch on my phone until tomorrow. No ads, no extra cost. The 3 day trial is not worth my time to set up. Already deleted the app.
