App does not provide selection of grid view. No option to mute the mic. App occupies full screen and diables home buttons that stops selecting other apps during the call. There only way to do a forcestop using system setting by scrolling down the screen. This is not at all desirable. There is no option to quit the app. You have to forcestop to get rid off from occupying the screen. Needs serious improvement.

Not getting sound through Bluetooth. Neither in mobile nor on PC. Camera turns on automatically on mobile, you may be unaware and transmitting your video. Need lots of improvement. Being a government agency may not be the reason for kam chalau app. Requesting to consider and improve the app and whole experience

this app is not being download don't know what's the reason for the issue no matter how much I try it can't be downloaded . So therefore I request the service manager of this app to look into this matter I request for it is really need for me to be used.

Very worst app. This app is not optimised as meet WebEx or zoom. Very high rate of frame drops and please do not use this app for meetings. Use meet or WebEx instead of Bharat vc. Please optimise this app and meetings disconnects frequently in this app but other meeting app works very fine even on low internet speed. Government department forcefully using this app for meeting purpose. Please shut down this app or kindly update the app

Worst app. Cant log in the app in time. Wait too much longer time compare to other app. And one more thing there is no option for going back to home after chat. Fix it as soon as possible.
