This app sucks. Everytime I try to use it I run into issues. All I want to do is download my ticket early before the game and it's struggling to link to my Ticketmaster. It doesn't work and keeps going between like 4 screens so now I'm not even sure I'll get to go to the game.

App doesn't work. Initially states "Linking to Ticketmaster"... does nothing... reinstalled... now it states something to the effect of no results found on every Gator football game. It works fine on iPhone but not my Android.

I'm using this on an android phone and it does not allow me to sign in and it does not sync with Ticketmaster account. I've confirmed with UF that this is a known problem. Is this acceptable? App is not functional, at least for me, for use with my UF tickets.

App is unusable for tickets. Tries to sync Ticketmaster and just goes through a reload loop 3 times then gives a blank white screen.

Maybe my lack of computer/mobile phone savvy is part of the problem, but I tried to get tickets to today's Gators v Lady Vols basketball game. I don't know if I actually purchased them or not because of the difficulty with updating my ticketmaster account (which I apparently haven't used since 2009). Once that process was complete, I couldn't figure out how to actually find my tickets. It's a good thing they aren't terribly expensive, although I never found out how much the added fees are.

This app crashes my phone way too often. Screen goes white or black, tickets don't download easily, takes multiple times and my phone isn't old. It used to work better till this year. And please tell someone to update the baseball roster, it has players from 3 seasons ago listed.

Without exaggeration, so many links don't work that I wonder why the University approves the platform when you hit but tickets "PAGE NOT FOUND" is the most common result. Complete trash. The programmers obviously aren't testing.

Cannot log into the app. It used to work, but now just endless loop saying Chrome must be updated. I have the most current update for both Chrome and this app.
