App no longer works. Used to track my vehicle and keep historical logs. Now it won't even connect and some of the menu items when selected just close the app. Tech support told me to delete and reinstall. I tried that but it did nothing. The app is a brick. What a waste of money. Reading other reviews I feel a class action coming. Zero stars.

The app is very detailed on the different features that come with my KARR security system. One of the features that I enjoy the most is that the tracking map will display live updates of the location of my car as well as a detailed history of its previous locations. It really provides me ease of mind knowing that my car's location is always accounted for. The app is overall very easy to use and if you have any questions then customer service is very easy to reach.

This app is awful. Takes hours to get a location update. Does not live track your vehicle. I feel ripped off considering how much I paid.

It saves car related info but it does not work with its features of saving your cars location or being a backup way to lock your car or alerting you that someone has tried to get into your car. I had to literally be in front of my car for any of those features to work

When I click view map, the "current" or "events" tab doesn't even exist. The last location it shows of my car is the dealership I bought my car at. Not really sure how helpful that information is, as it's already been 5 months since.

This product should not be sold to people with Android phones because the Android app doesn't work. They know it doesn't work and they have no plans to fix it. The dealerships should not force us to buy it especially because it doesn't work with our phones. It is a waste. Expensive upsell product that has absolutely no value to Android users.

I hate that is constantly logs you out. I hate that it doesn't have the address for the last known locations. I don't understand how the parking location wants you to add the address when their the one who is the gps. Lo jack is so much better.

It never connects, does work long distance, I cannot use this application in my parking garage either . Bluetooth system needs to be changed
