Never have a problem with delivery. But, it would be a lot more helpful if all the choices had pictures. Many of them are just the name of the dish and an empty white box. I've had 2 different phones in over a year and the wife has had 3, all phones we've had are seeing the same thing so it can't be a "phone" issue. Brands we've had were apple, Samsung and Google. 5th star when all choices have pictures.

This app has been incredibly buggy for us. Most recently they started their "perks plus" membership program. They claimed that the restaurants had minimum order amounts that would result in free delivery for members, but none of these amounts showed up on our app. My subsequent customer service experience was a huge waste of time. Delivery has frequently been double the estimated amount of time, and the driver leaves the order on the porch without ringing/knocking so it gets cold quickly.

Was given a gift card , and so we downloaded the app. We made two orders, from two different restaurants. The app was a joy to use, easy to make our order, and to track the orders. The service fees aren't exactly cheap, but to be able to order from some of our favorite restaurants we wouldn't normally be able to is worth the extra cost on occasion. Everything was flawless!

Profoundly long delivery times for items in the Petawawa area and a sub-par user interface make Valley Eats a chore to use. Often, the app will allow you to start creating a cart for delivery only to realize nearing checkout that the location you picked isn't available for delivery and has not been for quite a while. That, and the extreme wait times means that I'm usually better off walking. What I do appreciate, however, is their large selection compared to their competitors.

Ordered food set for pick up a bit over an hour from when I ordered, as I needed time for errands and to pick up. Order was ready within 5 minutes after ordering. Which was over an hour before I could pick up. I contacted customer support. They replied to me and said everything was okay because the restaurant re-heats the food before I pick up. Which is seriously gross and not to mention a health hazard leaving the food sitting for over an hour. Got no help further from that. No option to cancel

They have a wide range of offers considering it's such a small town. Their customer service is also incredible. The people complaining about having to tip drivers are the ones who would tip $0. Your drivers should absolutely be tipped. The delivery is extremely expensive though. Which is why I've been using the app less. Other than that it's pretty awesome to have as an option since there is no uber eats or any skip the dishes out here.

A must have app living in the Ottawa Valley. It brings the convenience of Ubereats and Skipthedishes to an ever-expanding list of towns and cities that are so often neglected by the major apps. The UI is easy enough to navigate and I love that you are able to sort by "what's open now" While there are some small things about the app that could be improved ie (A brighter colour or something more noticeable instead of a closed restaurant being grayed out) it's a wonderful addition in convenience

I love valley eats & supporting local. They're better than Doordash, yet this new app is too busy. The cart icon has changed which adds work to something that used to be easy. The account page is full of text that all looks the same with limited spacing. I miss their old layout for looking at restaurants, it was quick & easy. Seeing the same restaurants many times is counterproductive. If I really want variation I'll use the search. The top menu titles are way too small for accessible reading.
