Giving you one star, so can catch your attention maybe, will happily give 5 stars once you respond to the suggestion. For enroute requests feature, you should make it more user friendly. The driver should have the option to select that how far a pick up location and a drop off location can be from his own starting point and his own destination, because that is the main purpose of enroute requests. Besides this, you should show the time that a driver will take to reach the pick up location.

Very very bad app for drivers firstly fares prices are very low . Pickup location very far from drivers and paid pickup option is only a scam paid pickup only gives 10 to 20 rupees only .No cancellation fee given to drivers. there is no penalty for customers for cancelling ride. never seen that kind of pathic service from support they only have some computerized answers for every question don't have solutions for drivers

Very inferior app that doesn't let riders know the amount they're going to be paid on a trip, and also, it doesn't show the delivery point when you get a trip request. Won't advise anyone to use this delivery app. It's insecure and also have no insurance for their riders.

I had an awful experience as a indrive driver. The fares are shockingly low and completely unjustified, making it impossible to earn a decent income. The app frequently malfunctions, adding to the frustration auto clicker make this app worst. Customer support is unresponsive and dismissive of our concerns. Overall, it’s a terrible platform for drivers, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It's a good app. The only problem is that sometimes it gives a wrong direction, specially during peak hours. And when you go on a different direction from where the client is than you will be acused that you are making deals with customers and be penalized for that by reducing Tripp request. I rhink this should be fixed. And another issue is you receive a request while you're on a ride already and didn't drop the first customer. you're forced to accept that request else you lose a point.

It is a junk application.It is the best for the custome very low price, but not for the driver.Pick-up location too far from away, if you don't catch the ride, the points are lost.Deliveries give substantial discounts on rides but extra amount are not added the account i have face many times.The support team does not provide any specific response.To get the bonus, you have to select the target, if the rides are not completed, then the driver's bonus is consumed which makes the hard work of drive
