tbh.. the app itself, is garbage. If it wasn't for the fact that this is my best chance to consume Ravens content, then i wouldn't use it. The functionality of the app is trash. The app is always crashing, always pulling backround data when it dont need to, my phone doesnt even recognize the videos on the app to where it will time out and snooze. Crazy thing is, is that all this was happening before the big update to change the skin/format of the videos. Now the bugs have just doubled down.

This app crashes A LOT! I CANT WATCH A SINGLE THING! When I needed it at work I and couldn't use. I got home and finally something other than the app error came up but it was actually letting me view things I couldn't do when I needed it. I just still can watch video highlights.i think it's a great idea but it needs a little work is all. still excited about the progress of it though so..... it's still a silver lining in it overall!!!

Ravens... Please fix this app. This has been horrible for years (at least on Android). Watch one video and it crashes. Try to pull up your digital ticket and it freezes, I could go on and on... It gets one star because the content and design are fantastic. If the app worked reliably this would be a slam dunk five stars. But this has been dreadful for a very very very very long time. Most things about the Ravens organization are world class. This app is an embarrassing wart

If I didn't have to use this app for ticket access, I would uninstall it. While the Ravens team information is interesting and useful, the app overall is disappointing. It's slow and inefficient and crashes frequently. Even though the app description said that the ability to save tickets to Google Wallet would be available in July, I just installed the latest version and that feature is still not implemented. It's inexcusable to not have this feature available before games (preseason included) have started. While trying to get into the game yesterday, the app crashed twice trying to access my ticket info. If I had been able to save the tickets to Google Wallet, I wouldn't have had to worry about network access or app performance. Another issue is the ability to access the PSL owner discount card. This option was in the app, and now it seems to have disappeared. Bottom line is that the only reason I'm using this app is that it's required for ticket management, and it's not doing a very good job with that. In addition to the overall poor performance, the app gets flagged by my phone for draining the battery.

Very buggy. Trying to play bingo, and if you click to a different tab (news, game day etc) and try to go back to the game tab it makes you sign in again and very often will not let you back in until after the game is over. I've never used this app (over two seasons) without have frustrating experiences. Regularly have to keep closing and reopening just to make basic things work.

I cannot believe how awful the entire app experience is, and today was just a preseason game. This has to get fixed, especially if you do give any care to what you say you do, the fan experience. Expecting us to rely on network, wifi, 3g, or 4g, when 80 thousand of our closest friends are also trying to do the same thing was a ridiculous idea.

The app is good but crashes a lot for me. All of the news articles are great and I love Baltimore's media team, but this app tends to crash after every video, or it will load about 25 seconds of video and then get stuck, so I have to close the app and open it again (although that later issue might be my internet's problem, I'm not sure).

I love the Ravens and I pretty much have to use this app if I want to stay connected, but if I could use any other app I would. Constant crashes, takes forever to load, stays open in the background and eats battery even if I close out. Video playback quality is never good throughout the whole video either. Really poor experience. Also, capabilities during game day last year were laughable.
