I decided to switch to Kindle and canceled my account. I verified it was canceled (my library was missing, and it offered me a subscription), but they are continuing to charge me. By the way, it is immediately canceled, and you lose access immediately. I WANT A REFUND! If they have a way to contact support, it is well hidden. Their "help center" has 1 faq (reading) and no email address or contact form. The "feedback" link requires you to install WhatsApp, and I'm not doing that.

I love the fact that I can read as much as I like, with a low weekly sub cost. Alot of the other reader apps require you to purchase points and spend them per chapter, and I'd often find myself burning through them super quick. Thankfully, this app doesn't use the points platform, so it doesn't force me to stop reading the stories I'm enjoying.

I paid for the subscription, but never was able to actually read any of the books past the few free chapters they gave you, and kept telling me that I needed to pay for a subscription. I tried emailing the address that they have on here, and never heard back from them or anything. If they continue to charge me, even though I have cancelled the subscription, I will go to my bank about it. I have read reviews that that happened to them, and will not be ok with it happening to me.

Too expensive, won't let me cancel. I have been trying to cancel this app fee since the beginning of September. It is too much of a cost for only being able to read a couple chapters a week and nothing really happening in the story. It is also pretty expensive. I have tried to canceled 4 times since the first week of September. It keeps saying it is in review, but then keeps charging me and doesn't cancel. So now I have paid $110 extra on an app/account they were supposed to cancel.

loved the book I read, just wish it wasn't soo over priced to read books, any kind of book. PayPal has been trying to charge my cashapp $9.99, multiple times a day for a couple of months now, even though I have tried to cancel any and all possible subscriptions to these ridiculously overpriced e-book app subscriptions. over $300 in 2 months one of the book apps has been attempting to take from me for cancelling after the affordable trial ended, so I had no choice other than to block PayPal.

App was working great despite being expensive for what it is. I just paid my weekly renewal yesterday and I still can't read my book. I've contacted the WhatsApp number with all the info and still no resolution. Canceled through Google Play but they still have my money and I have no way to read the book.

Has anyone been able to find how to cancel a subscription? I can not find cancel subscription button in app and I have emailed support twice with no response back. I can cancel account but i want to make sure this cancels subscription too so not getting charged. It is not worth the money!

Took my money. I don't know what happened, I subscribed to the weekly version and it took my money but didn't unlock the chapter. I was so excited to read more, but now I skeptical of it. I cancelled the subscription as soon as I realized it didn't unlock the chapter. Please fix this.
