This app has a high rate of deleting the data you input in. You can come back an hour later to input new data and everything is blank. Very frustrating since I'm trying to track the dosing and health of my fur baby. Then a day or so later sometimes it will add everything back in from the day it deleted so you have triplicate information. I've even disconnected the Bluetooth connection to see if that helps and it doesn't.

It will not store glucose results despite saying they were downloaded. I try to manually add the result 10 times and it won't store it. What is the point of this app of it wont work. The testing strips are way too expensive for the app not to work. Our pets' lives depend on this working. This isn't just a game like candy crush crashing.

We are having trouble downloading test results to the app. We tried to enter the results that did not download, but the results we enter manually keep getting removed when we try to download new results. This app needs to get fixed because as it is it is worse than just manually entering into a spreadsheet.

I've been using the AlphaTrak 3 and app since the beginning of March with spotty success. I never have issues pairing, though it's weird I always have to go into "add a meter," back out, THEN select my paired device just so it'll connect. It seems the best time for me to sync ALL of my Latest Results is at the end of a day. If I sync mid-day and it misses any readings, they'll catch up when I sync at the end of the next day.

Needs an update to fix the bugs. It won't connect half the time and sometimes I have to delete the device and re-add it for it to connect. It won't download the readings either. It just says downloaded successfully and it shows for a split second, then says no new readings and the readings it "downloaded" dissappear. Pointless to use until they fix these issues.

4th time trying to enter readings for a glucose curve. I'm only able to list 5 readings and that's it. It lists them with the most recent reading at the top of the list and the first reading for the day at the bottom so when you ask it to chart a glucose curve it's all backwards. It's been so frustrating that I just write it all down and sent a photo to the vets office and they create a graph for me. Stupid app.

I would give 5 stars but like many here, the initial pairing with phone is troublesome. I did find success after about a half hour of effort and two phone restarts. This is an initial review as I have only had the device and app for two days. As apps go for being intuitive it is fair. Not a menu layout that strikes me as seemless and integrated BUT the way it allows you to view data is variable and extremely informative. Without the initial setup and initial connectivity issue this would be 5 ☆.

Generally ok but too often when retrieving the data from the glucometer the result isn't displayed in the list sometimes for hours. Currently the results of the last two tests aren't displayed even tho it showed that the records were retrieved and synced. Not convinced of the meters accuracy
