Device (air purifier) changes settings when you do anything with your phone like rotate landscape-portrait, close the app, minimize it, dismiss it, etc., it resets the settings you make in the app on the device. In other words, I set NIGHT MODE (turn off device blue lights), but do anything - even rotate my phone - and device lights come back on. Hate that, I might return this product.

Even though it's paired with my Shape Sense Connect 100 it only connects very randomly and most of the times does not transfer the data, despite that Bluetooth is working and the smart phone is laying next to it. Useless! Also, the personal settings are wrong, e.g. my activity level is categorized as 3 = athletic by default, which is rubbish! But it does not let me correct it. The last available update of the app is already 1 year old, but nobody seems to care to fix those glitches.

i use it for the air filter i have. or better: tried to. this app is useless, the data doesn't appear on the app. it sais it's synchronising - but for ever. updates done etc. after weeks of having replaced the filter (and reseted it) it's still saying i have to replace it. don't know if it's a pro lem of the filter itself or the app... anyway, too expensive for what it gives you. honestly, if that's what you can offer, don't bother, it's embarrassing!

No idea when it will work. I step on my scale, it turns on, Bluetooth blinks, i open app, drag screen down to connect, Bluetooth stops blinking on scale (indicate connected), i step on scale, get measurements, Bluetooth starts blinking again while showing data, and then maybe, just MAYBE data is synced to application. This app is not intuitive and does not work as it should. Synchronizing the app with the scale is a chance game with no logic to it.

The app/scale is not accurate at all. Apparently one day I can have 25% fat percentage and the next day it can be over 30%. I have been using it for over 2 months, and daily measurements seems to randomly vary +/- 8% from day to day, same for water and muscle percentages. The only accurate measure seems to be weight, but for that, I could have gotten a scale 10 times cheaper.

I like the functions if only the app worked. did not sync at first with fitconnect 200hr, after deleting the device and trying again it started to work. only to stop syncing again after few hours... it just displays "synchronizing" in my devices but no communication is obviouslu going on (live HR stopped working as well). so basically useless, will return the product.

Firstly, why the heck does it need my location?! Secondly, it doesn't work. After the first time connecting to my device (style sense connect 100), I could not see any measurements, not even the initial one. Factory reset of the scale and app reinstall made it worse - now it gets stuck on doing the first measurement, it displays my weight, but the only way out is going back or exiting the app, which cancels the pairing process and I cannot connect to the scale at all(not even to reset it)

Edit: after the most recent update (09-10-2018) the app seems to be syncing a lot more reliably and a whole lot faster - good work guys! Old review: Doesn't connect sometimes, have to turn off Bluetooth on my phone and let the app turn it back on while the scales are still displaying Bluetooth symbol before it will transmit data. App is otherwise okay, it displays and records all expected data.
