Nearly very good. Downloading, setting up and buying tickets in the UK went well. Using it mostly OK but some error messages resulted in validating too many tickets. Support team were helpful. Discovered can't use combination of Solo and multi trips for group travel. Therefore had to buy more tickets than needed for us to get back to airport. So what to do with unused tickets?

I bought a ticket to recharge my transport card. After payment the ticket doesn't show up. I sent an email to the support with proof of payment. Also, since installing this app, the phone starts vibrating for NFC like activation at random times . Edit: The support team (Camille)is fantastic, they tried to solve the issue but at the end gave me a refund. 5 star for support but the app is not that great of a user experience. The vibration still continues.

OK once you are finally registered and set up. Note there is Confusing need to download additional, separate app extension. The lack of app notifications when validating ticket means it is easy to validate twice and waste tickets (need to see very brief green dot on card reader). Saving credit card details does nothing (sometimes saved, sometimes not...)

Generally a clunky, badly designed app that works about half the time. I often have to turn my phone on and off for it to function at all. Cherry on the top, I just purchased a 122€ ticket that I have the receipt for but doesn't appear in "My tickets", and doesn't validate when on board. Let's raise the prices 50% and install technology that only works 50% of the time, it must be a joke.

The most unstable, unreliable and slow app I have ever used. Ticket options are available and then they disappear, I cannot chose which ticket to use when I have bought "solo" and "multi" and there's no way to know if it's a bug or company policy that you can either buy one single ticket or 10 of them. So if I want 4 tickets I need to buy 4 times one ticket?! - EDIT: Your reply justifies my comment. I know how it works, you should've answered why I can't choose. And, miracle!, multi x4 is back!

Are we in XXI century??? Since when tickets are stored locally on smartphone memory!? For those who want to get 10 rides ticket, better get a paper one. For others, I have no experience. If by any chance you remove and install application again, your 10 rides ticket will be gone. Despite login to account, no information is stored in the cloud. Unable to use for multiple passengers. Also, why NFC??? See how others are doing it. Berlin, Warsaw, etc. Make life easier, not more complicated.

Update: problem solved after a few updates and uninstall/re-install actions. Overall still cannot understand the need for 2 apps. Not logic! > The previous app worked fine. Now they changed it and this one is full of bugs. Gives error message. And even worse, you have to get another app just for this to work. What a joke. Bring back the other app that was working just fine.

You can't rely on this app at the moment - one day it works and is great, another day it doesn't work, shows cryptic "E255", and you have to use other means for buying tickets, and that can ruin your day planning. On top of that, it needs NFC enabled even for buying a ticket, not just for validation. UPDATE: Thank you for the reply. There's plenty of space on the E[255] view, you could easily add the E-mail there and on your website. NFC must be kept off for security and to save the battery.
