Idea is great and so is device itself and its design. App is not good at all. Integration with Google Home doesn't send sensor data or at least on/off switch to Google Home App. Instead just shows "Other mode" and you can only control appliances by voice. Also you can't set defaults and app doesn't remember previous settings (for AC: last mode, temperature, direction or fan power) so everytime you voice turn it on, it resets to 25C and other defaults. Hope these get fixed soon.

Almost perfect. My only complaint is that the app sometimes takes a few seconds to load, I've noticed depending on bad signal or not. Would be nice to maybe get rid of the loading splash screen and directly go to my devices/home screen. Maybe refreshing the page when signal is good instead of having to wait for the splash screen. Otherwise great app, does exactly what I need, simple, clean, intuitive.

The connection to WiFi is really tedious and has to be set up repeatedly since the device somehow keeps loosing the connection. Uninstalling the app and countless cycles of scanning the device, typing in the WiFi password etc over and over until it finally connects successfully again. It's great when it works but the device (incl the obnoxious blinking) can be really annoying. I've woken up repeatedly in the middle of the night because remo didn't stop blinking over a lost WiFi connection!

Concepts and device are OK but app is just a so-called Minimal Viable Product. Only basic features are supported. For example, the app launches so slow that I want to create a direct "intent" shortcut to turn lights on/off and invoke it by a hardware key on my phone, but it's not possible. This app only has "main activity".

It took 12 hours to receive an email. But even after that when I click the link "Not found" error appears, so I just can't start using the app.

Hey it's an amazing app without any problem! The device and the app really satisfied me for this price. I wish I could customize more of the app or my device. like there is no learning mode for my AC. Also I gave location access to the app but it's still keep asking me 😑 I've removed two starts because app doesn't have my IrisOhyama light controller. Is there anywhere else I can find it ?

Scan is broken for 2W1, hangs and can't connect to Remo from app when adding new (factory reset) device. Bluetooth is paired... Please fix! Thanks!

meh. for an 8,000JPY product that is basically a $2 wifi chip, a 10 cent LED, and an App, i would expect a little effort on the app. functional but very lazy.
