This app is not good enough. It doesn't cover the area or roads where people try to make complaint. This app is only a showoff of government's advancement in PWD department. But we also need an app which helps us at local level. I don't know how this app works on making a complaint over main roads because I don't try it at several places

This app is a good initiative by government. But please expand the suggestion scope in "list of roads" Because the app is covering only major roads of bhopal. But what about the minor and locality roads? Add a feature or option to file complain by adding "photo of any road" and "location" so that all the roads can be covered.

The app shows only major roads across the Bhopal City. I wanted to register complaint regarding potholes in service road at Narmadapuram Road, but the app shows that the area is not in the map. Nice way to trick citizens, because all major roads mentioned are always well maintained, so no complaint registered hence "sub ek dum badiya hai" image.

Not upto the expectations ! It shows only major highways and important roads which supposedly have periodic maintenance in place. We can not give information of defective roads in our locality and nearby our location. All roads to be fed into the app. Untill then not advised to download.

Great initiative, terrible execution - Just like any other government initiative. The app has a limited number of roads (1224 in total when I checked) that one can complain about. Most likely these roads are already well made and don't need any maintenance. What's the point of this initiative then if it doesn't benefit the actual needy?

First of all you can only register complaints for selected roads only and most of those roads are already good conditions we cant do anything about the roads that actually need attention.
