Access through browser better than apps. Apps so much slow & dev need urgently to fix the bug at apps.

The apps not so user friendly and need more improve. Payslip couldn't be downloaded to phone. It's only can be done in desktop. The login method quite confusing.

Stupid app won't work well..Can't even clock in or out properly saying unstable network or hard to find location..Thank God this is not the main clocking system for my company or not my salary will be deducted for no reason..

The most useless apps. Never responding properly. I need to log in through the browser for me to clock in. Plus, the UI is very bad. It's lagging and always shows that I have lateness or short hours even though I am not. Always need to request void and submit requests for any mistakes coming from your side. I am so upset and I don't understand why people choose this useless app for clock in/clock out. This is really wasting my time!

Very user-friendly mobile app for a HR software. I like that the dashboard shows the modules that our company has subscribed on Worksy (which is Lightman's HR software name). It's a little bit confusing to differentiate between Lightman and Worksy - hopefully the Lightman team will work on this part. Otherwise, great service and software.

Been using their software for a few months already. I missed out on an enhancement notification recently, so I got in touch with Lightman's CS. I really appreciate that they were quick to respond and follow up by making sure that I received the notification that was missed.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a HR software with an affordable price. They've got specific packages by operational or strategic solutions.
