The iOS app they wrote, at least it works, the Android app, camera constantly causes crashes, and web links that should open the app instead go to the web interface not the app, they've said it's a problem with the phone, however every other app does is just fine and I've already cleared app defaults. Seems to be an app issue and it's really annoying. I cannot use the app on Android because of the issues

Garbage. If I could rate it less than one star I would. Constantly freezes, drains battery, designer should be tarred and feathered. Spend an hour fighting with the APP to close out paperwork on a 15 minute job. After 2 years it years it just gets worse. Changed it around to save time, and instead doubles the time. If your company plans on using this app run far and fast.

Cliché, buggy, piece of C***. You never know when it's going to loose it's demented little mind and dump everything you just put into it. The latest in a long line of "what the hell is it doing now" is at the end of my work performed there's 5 YES or NO questions, it's dropped the S on YES it's now spelled YE. Can't fix it, nothing you can do about it. That doesn't inspire confidence guys!

Terrible app. So slow to upload pics and videos after obtain the version 1.6.3. Please looks for this kind of issues for Android users. Aug 28th. FINALLY WITH THIS UPGRADE THE APP IS TOTALLY FIXED AND RUNNING SUPER FAST! THANKS A LOT! NOW I CAN MY PAPER WORK IN ABOUT 2 MIN AGAIN.

I have a Galaxy S20 phone and this app locks up non stop when trying to complete work orders. It has been adding at least a half hour of unproductive time to my jobs every day. The app is great when it actually runs smoothly. 5 stars when it works... 2 stars from me because it locks up so much.
