Where do I report bugs? Because you guys don't respond. Reviews for the app are hidden. Developers doesn't seem to care about their customers. Biggest complaint about this app is that there are no translation for the 1on1 talk when it's what most people are probably paying for. So many things have no translation either. Buying tickets and subscribing is VERY inconvenient. The scratch/lottery is ridiculous. Your practically gambling. SPAMMING is rewarded. You'll be given a badge if you spam. 👎🏻

I think it would be better if it's optimized for landscape orientation, as I prefer watching stuffs on tablets. Currently it's locked on portrait.

Some bands use this to check for fanclub membership of fanclub tickets' holders when entering the venue, but now you can't access the app AT ALL unless you update. Imagine finding out when you're in line and not being able to go in. Why don't people ever test their ideas again real life usage and release trash?

I wish it had built in translation, and the same functions on the desktop site as it is on mobile, otherwise it's a pretty good app.

No screenshot, now I can't translate messages because the app won't allow copy paste too. Considering to stop subscribing.

So far so good. The auto translation feature is excellent. I realize this is a full on Japanese experience.

Very buggy app, charging fees without consent. Don't give them your credit card information. Overall, terrible experience.
