There's no way to exit the app. It would be nice if they had some way to double tap back to exit or even just an added feature to select "exit" the app. I have to go into my app settings, then search for it and force the app to close, just to close the app. Other than that, it's great and really easy to use.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. For nearly $300, this thing is absolute trash compared to the original model. The idea of running an app-based spectrometer is asinine and the app will not give a proper reading, always owing to "electronic interference" even in a room where the only two electronic objects are the tCheck2 and the phone required for it to work. I am hoping I can find a used tCheck1 and eat my losses... Buyer beware.

Only used to test bho concentrates, seems pretty accurate compared to the Sage machine. I've tried but cannot replicate the issue the really bad reviewer mentions. The app seems stable, no crashes so far. You can add info, extractors name, strain etc but I'd like to have it shown on the main result screen, id like to be able to select any of the history and it bring up main result page.

Data privacy is very important to me, and the data the app collects ( device information, location ) feels unnecessary and invasive. I do not understand the value in having an account or needing to send data to a server. The website claims the app can be used without an account or internet, but it wont let me proceed without enabling location services, which I will not do on principle. If these problems can be addressed, I will update this review accordingly.

There are so many things wrong! Where do I start, I wish I would of read the reviews 1st. First of all, the app will not connect to the phone. No matter what I tried, it can not find the device. I e-mailed the support center at Tcheck and the auto response was, "it can take 2 days for them to respond to the email. They finally emailed me back and ask me to take a screen shot of the "about" on the phone and a few other things. I did that, they didn't respond till almost 24 hours. By that time, I was just DONE with the whole thing and returned the item. With all the bad reviews, I would not waste my money. Plus all the problems it has. The whole support center with the Tcheck team is a joke and so unprofessional! Don't Buy

I love my tcheck, not sure what I would do without it. I would have given 5 stars, but it is really annoying that you have the option to delete old measurements, and you can delete them, but once you leave that screen and come back all the things you delete are back. It would work my better as a log of I could manage it more efficiently.

Worked twice then continued to get an error message with flower readings. "Over" ... very frustrating! I want it to work so bad! It's what I need. I hope this is more than just a novelty kit.

It is so convenient that my raw flower tests have the same result with empty tray. R&D should find a way to differentiate any thc or cbv content from water. I tried making infused products at home and the results are more than 50% off compared to the lab. This company is a total rip off. So it's best to save your money for local 3rd party test. On top of that, it's not shipping fee friendly if you're outside USA, there's export import tax, so you're getting ripped off double.
