When it works it's amazing. But the app itself is glitchy. Sometimes it doesn't open at all which is very annoying as it saves all the programmes I need to run. When it works it comes up with programmes to run for a particular illness or symptom and these can be added to a schedule. You can use it every day to track what you need to run and it links directly to the pink app. Again sometimes this doesn't work! I like that I can change dates & times and set reminders

Concept is awesome. If it works. Healy stops running. Logs you out. Can't log back in. Terrible implementation of a great idea. 90% downtime for the past 4 weeks. Don't expect help from support either. It is maddeningly slow getting help. When it works its great. It just barely does. Steer clear until it actually is a technology they can make work.

I'm pretty tech savvy but I am having a very hard time navigating this app. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially with this product because I love it so much but the software is impossible to figure out. There is no guidance, and the little instruction it gives makes it even more confusing. The website crashes often, it seems like whenever I select "support" or any other link really, it redirects me to the shop. Help your consumers!

I'm paying for this subscription but I'm unable to connect to it. The app shows I don't have access but my bank account is being charged monthly. I have messaged the company multiple times to ask for a refund for the months that I have paid and they have not responded. It's been over 2 months. I waited to review, hoping they'd respond. I wouldn't recommend this until more of the bugs are sorted out with this device and the apps.

App works like a Crystal ball. Tells you exactly what your resonating with, and then you can run the program either on this app or take it over to the Healy to manually use with Healy programs after it tells you what your resonating with. Love it. I use it every night and just let frequencies run on what is shown for me. It saves a bunch of money IMO. Instead of getting Bach remedies and all these separate products you'd have to buy, it's sending you the frequency of it w/ thesame benefits!

When its working, it's good. But when it was time for my subscription to renew it didn't charge my card and I cannot cancel it! I am unable to search anything or use this app! I sent an email and no response. Stuck in a nightmare!

Nothing works Two weeks later: still, nothing works. I love my Healy and the watch, however there is a major glitch in this app. Although I purchased all subscriptions, the app continues to show them as inactive. Because of Covid, there is no one at customer service in Germany, so calling them is a waste of time. If I could rate this app with negative stars I would give it 5 negative stars. Now that I've read through the reviews I see I am not alone. Come on Healyworld! Get it together!

The Learning experience is easy and simple. It's an investigation, to use the APP to help support my Healy experience. It's a great addition to the Healy, to enhance my health knowledge. I can select my IMF on a specific health issue, for me. The 'Healy IMF Program Assistant, selects the programs and opens my Healy Device, instantly for that IMF Program. Exceptional sophistication, with the tireless work over 10 years from the Timewaver practitioners, is the real work here. Thankyou😊
