You people are becoming very slow lately, after successful data purchase it keeps saying awaiting payment for about 30 mins + before the data can come through of which account was already debited

Use to enjoy this application Soo much but recently I have been having failed transactions and suspended transactions. I confirm the transaction but it still shows awaiting payment. I had to get to their website for it to be resolved. Please fix it 🙏🏽

The funds part of the app is to swindle users or to help users??? Why can't I reset my pin at wish? Why is easy to sent me the resitting pin otp code but it won't allow me reset the pin. Once I get my money from the funds wallet I am so done

I'm impressed by the quality and responsiveness of the app. The possibility to send orders by SMS is quite helpful. The possibility to purchase airtime and bundles from several operators with one account without additional charges is wonderful. At seemingly all hours of day and every day of the week I've scarcely had a transaction fail.

Very annoying, bought a blue bundle for 3k,got debited and switchn shows transaction completed but i haven't been credited, contact support but all the say is its completed.. Scam

Hello switchn I want to thank you for your services and for making us buy data and airtime across all networks. But there's one thing you should work on. The app load for a very long time when you click on a network to buy. It will load until you give up on a worst day. On a good day you can have it load and then display data. It's becoming frustrating now especially with the recent updates

I am so dissatisfied with this app. There is always an error while verifying if my number is eligible for good deal. Publicity for this app was everywhere... Only for them not to do what they said they will. I even sent a message to the support team. Their reply was useless. Please if you're hoping to use this app to ease good deal transactions. Just give up. Switchn better see this..since they can't see their messages people send on support. Preferably you say it's not available than say it is.
