no notification when the drivers arrive, leaving you unable to know when the bus gets there and then the drivers act all pissy when you don't get out on time. horrible app, horrible experience.

Very limited coverage area. If your destination includes downtown, you're out of luck.

I personally LOVE this idea! Finally somebody made short distance errands way cheaper to attend to not to mention them evening runs for some burgers or to the neighborhood convenience stores that ain't exactly around the corner. Uber rides aren't necessarily cheap when you have to take one almost 4 times or more a week...that weekly total adds up to way more than I care to share with anyone and for someone with a low income well it's downright outrageous at the end of the week. So YES TY! 5⭐'s!

The app works perfectly. This is such a handy service by Capital Metro. It only serves certain areas of Austin, but it definitely complements the bus system nicely. While the app is great and the best way to use the service, they have a phone option if you don't have the ability to get on a data network.

The computer system was down yesterday but the supervisors did a lot to help this situation. I monitored my phone and where I could charge it if I had to try for a taxi. Sometimes Pickup goes places far from fixed route buses. Potential Problems were avoided

Today I had my 2nd trip to HEB on 7th Street. It makes me happy to the moon to have this service!!! I was wondering if we can start a tip Poole like Starbucks does for all bus drivers. Sometimes I have extra money and would like it to go to all the drivers. If I put in extra money do the drivers get it? Or maybe you use it for something? Thank you so much to Capital Metro. I am new to Austin. I got a flat tire too many miles out from the house to walk. I have a heavy bike too. Pesky nail. I saw a pickup bus go by and installed the app. A bus with bike mount was at my location in 2 minutes and brought me all the way home. Driver refused tip. Unbelievable. The driver was also nice enough to teach me how to use the bike mount for the next time. This is what subsidized public service should be and made me love Austin. Cheers.

I've used this service many times. Not sure how much more it can be improved because I'm completely satisfied every time! Kind drivers prompt pick ups and drop offs. Very grateful for the bike racks on the bus 😁
