Tried to set up multiple appointments with this app. Every time the application either had a black screen or the audio wouldn't function, and then the call would drop. Not being able to send a quick message to the doctor after the appointment time is frustrating . As of right now if there are any complications with the application you simply lose the appointment, and can't communicate about your problem.

Took them 2 weeks to get back to me for renewing a prescription that I've been using for years. The doctor during the call then promised to renew my prescription, yet completely failed to do so. There's no way to give any kind of feedback that something went wrong, my only option is to start the process again. Entire features on the app itself turn on/off at arbitrary times. One moment you can chat, the other you can't. One moment you can send messages, other time you can only book video calls.

The video call feature has started to suffer. One can stream games and play 4k video using the same network and phone, but can't seem to video chat with a kry doctor.

1. Kind of annoying that when you are close to your booked time and open the app you can't view the app as it automatically opens the call window without any way of exiting until after your call unless you want to cancel. 2. Why do bluetooth speakers/earphones not work when in a call on Kry? What's the point if I want some privacy while talking, even if at home. 3. Please add a Read All button to the inbox. This is all on a new Android device, otherwise a neat looking app.

My experience with healthcare since moving to Sweden has been mostly awful. Doctors either seem not to care very much or are hesitant to continue testing when there is no conclusive answer. Wait times are long and the language barrier has been difficult. Kry is the first doctor I've been to where I've seen compassion, care and patience. They are also very fast with scheduling and appointments! Highly recommend.

The waiting time is terribly implemented. A couple of times, when the waiting time for a videocall was set to less than 5 minutes, it started all over again from 20+ minutes, creating a terrible user experience. On a previous occasion, I was charged twice for talking to a nurse and to a doctor about the same problem. Health care in Sweden has a huge margin for improvement; it's clearly become a business, unfortunately.

Please fix so you show the complete details when renewing prescription, if I ie. search for Dymista I get a lot of results since it's available in several variants but they all show the same info since the information goes past the view. Same if you select one and get to the details view, lots of space to show it but only shows the generic product description and not the individual variant description making the renew prescription totally useless. Other than that the app is a great.

Had a good experience in the past but today I had to book 4 appointments, of them two had technical issues with mic/camera not working and one was a no-show. (apparently I have to reinstall the app every time for it to work?) Not a good time. Upd: tried booking again and my appointment got cancelled. Impossible to get help.
