Why did you change it? This review is for the app, not the product which is great, I want to make that perfectly clear. So two issues here... 1. having to login again when you want to get through your door because the app has failed 2. Why on earth have you used black text boxes on a black background. When you are outside trying to reload your app and enter in SMS codes YOU CANNOT SEE THEM!! I used another entrance with a key. Poor update.

I have 3 locks, 2 bold connect as controller of which one should be gateway for one lock and another bold connect for 2 other locks. The gateways never work well, the only thing that works is Bluetooth. Gateways show as disconnected from the network in the app but as connected on the router, very inconsistent ... I'm very annoyed with this.

Opening the door is really really slow, sometimes lets me stand in front of the door for about 40 to 60 seconds or longer, even had to reboot the device. (Pixel 7 pro). Also get an error on a regular basis. A key is a lot faster and much more trustworthy. Had no issues with my previous iphone 12. Don't recommend getting this if you have a pixel 7 pro (did not test other Android devices so far). Really really really frustrating...... :(

Great for the first day or two, now leaves me standing outside the door and doesn't auto unlock. In the app, the unlock just spins and nothing happens. Suddenly very poor. Similar to another review, using a Pixel 7 Pro... haven't tried with another device. Ideally, would work with a smartwatch as that would be by far the easiest and most useful way to open the door.

I have the same problem like another person which wrote that he is standing in front of his door and is trying to open it, but nothing happens. Sometimes I'm standing for minutes in front of my door and try to unlock it with the fear that I won't get in. Sometimes I get the message Bluetooth error, but there is no issue with my Bluetooth. It's really annoying. I'm also at the point that I might return it. What use has a keyless lock if the mechanism doesn't work.

I have no issues using it, good experience! One thing annoys me though: what is the function of enabling Bold Connect? It shines green and makes a sound as if its a lock itself, but.... Nothing else happens. It doesn't open all connected cilinders at once, which I was expecting it would do. And the website really gives a bad manual experience. There is physical installation help, but all other info is very fragmentated and incomplete. They should pay someone to make a decent user manual...

The App worked fine until updated on 25/10. Now it will not connect the the lock due to a Bluetooth communication error. Phone is a Pixel 4XL all other Bluetooth connections still operate normally. I hope you can address this issue! Update: This is not related to Android 12 since my Pixel on Android 10 has the same problem. New: Since my remark above there has been another update and the apps function normally again!!

When the admin changes access this app needs dragging down to refresh the access it doesn't do this automatically which is a security flaw as if the admin removes access. To the lock the program still allows access trusting the user will drag down to update it. There is also an issue with users without access being able To see the emergency pin code again allowing access to the property.
