This app has been fantastic. I've been relieving for nearly a year and it has provided me with ample work. During that time I would've rated it 5 🌟. Unfortunately, over the last few weeks the app has frequently stopped working and often failed to send me notifications of jobs. I hope this will be fixed and won't deter schools from putting jobs up on the app.

This app usually works well. Recently there have been a few issues. The good thing about the support team is when I emailed describing the problems I was having I got a phone call and was given some things to try to stop the app freezing. Good on the team for taking the time to call. Now need so job alerts to come through to see if the problem is resolved.

App was working well until it went pear shaped last weekend. App is alerting me job has been posted but opens a mainly blank screen except for banner with drop down menu which is not responding. So can't see jobs offered/respond to job offers/see or update my calendar or anything else. Very frustrating and currently useless for purpose for me. I have an andriod 5 phone which it worked okay on until a few days ago.

Staff sync is not great at all. Sometimes I don't get notified of work and I'm missing out. Went through all the problem solving and trouble shooting with person on the 0800 number and this issue is still happening! Not OK when you need to get work! Kindys are having to text me to let me know when they've published a job so I at least have the opportunity to respond...makes the app a bit pointless!

When I first joined all notifications had a great "magic wand sound". In the last few days I'm notified with only a silent vibration. I'm concerned that I'll miss jobs being offered. I've checked all notification settings on my phone and this is not the issue.

This used to be a really great app, easy to use and made accessing work easy. A recent 'upgrade' means I am no longer receiving notifications. It's a shame they felt the need to tamper with something that was working really well.

This app is great for centres and relievers. It has had glitches from time to time but seem to be resolved very quickly. I wish it had and avenue to send a message to the centre to ask questions. I have found it easy to us and a great tool. Thanks

Can't add schools at all to start the process of relieving as the app won't recognise my location despite location and Bluetooth being enabled. Trying on a laptop was no better 🫣
