Great used right, get your spot early, especially in the morning. You've got to plan ahead and time your ride right, accordance to your schedule. May leave you if they don't see you at the stop, some arrive close to the stop, better to stay by the stop. HIGHLY recommend the "GoPass," it gives you the bus stops, live bus tracker, and the scheduled time they should arrive, times update. On-Demand buses take you to to your requested location if it's within it's area. Check online & see the hours.

Coupled with the half off multi ride passes that's been offered the last few months, you truly can't beat the value offered with this service. Doesn't feel like public transportation at all, and is a fantastic alternative to Uber where it's available. Wish services ran until 2-3 am to take home bar patrons. Hopefully the 3 zones become a single cohesive area sooner rather than later. And the app always crashing?? Seriously?? Something HAS TO BE DONE about that. It's so inconvenient

Every time I try to get the app to take me either to my house or within a few blocks it keeps saying "Oh no - we can't stop there!" with zero explanation as to why, and despite every location being within the service area for that station (verified by both the online map and the app itself). I ended up just using a rideshare service today on this one time I needed to use it. Get it together Ft. Worth - this is a disgrace!

Gets worse every time I use it. Finally canceled a ride that was "4 minutes away" for over an hour. This happens every couple of times I use the app, but I didn't have time to wait so I canceled and they still charged me. How is their inability to quote a correct time my fault? I'm out that money and the time I missed for being late to work. If I'm using this app, clearly I don't have money to throw away like that.

Their app won't open then it tells you, you have 2 account. Plus you can't get ahold of anyone since it don't open

i fear this is the worst app update for any mobile transit app ever conceived. why do i have to call to update my card information? why is the automated system saying my card info is invalid? can you guys please fix this, for the love of god?
