I really liked how it worked at first, but after using it for about three days, it completely stopped working. I can no longer see how much I've earned, and my profile page won’t load. I’ve tried restarting/uninstalling both my phone and the app, but nothing seems to help. It’s frustrating to potentially lose any earnings, especially since I’ve invested time into it.

First, I'd say about this app UI, it's a solid 10/10, nice navigation and all, but one thing I find quite daunting is the rewards, 200usdt as a prize pool for an unlimited number of players isn't something right, there should be limit to the number of players who can join a specific event(I'm talking about the infinite play section), I think it should be on a first-come-first-serve thing, at most 1500 players max.

To be honest, I like this app, but the annoying issue about this whole thing is that, after using the app for a while, if I close it, the next time I try opening it, it just keeps loading on and on and it goes like that. It could remain that way for hours even days, please rectify this issue, and then I'll change my review.

It was working perfectly at first, then I stopped receiving rewards for D2E events that I completed. I have messaged the support team on Gmail and discord on several occasions but I still haven't been credited. I would have given it five stars otherwise

Good Day, I would like to raise an issue in the login. I am already a Carv user and already have existing account linked to Metamask, played for more than weeks to get rewards. I opened the app and wondered how my progress were gone. Now I went to the profile tab and knew it was not logged in. Now I tried to login via Metamask and Metamask confirmed my login but when i go back to the Carv App, it did not logged me in. Your response and solution to this issue will be appreciated.

First experience of this app is great , but now there's a bug , The FCFS play 1 hours a week didn't reset every week , I think I rate 5 stars here if CARV Team fix this issue , and I'll rate 5 stars also in Trustpilot if the issue is fix , please don't reply here in playstore by using bot , reply as a human, it's a great thing if my question is answered by human customer support , not a BOT, Thank you.
