As a practitioner it offers a great deal but the problem is with this software you have to duplicate information. It takes a lot of time to set up accounts for each patient. Credit card entry cannot be sent to a patient you have to direct them on how to enter it or not get paid. Once you actually get the information entered multiple times it's a breeze to bill insurance. Set up is atrocious per patient and it is a click happy software meaning you have to click click click. Need some fixes.

Like it except cannot upload your own photo of food consistently- 3/4 of the time it gives an error message! Fix that and it would be good!

Constant bugs and failure when uploading pictures. 'An unexpected error occured while processing your request' 'we couldn't upload that photo please try again. More than 75% of the time fails. Unhelpful and longwinded response from help desk. Re downloaded 6 months later hoping fixes had improved things, they have not.

I use this app because of my practitioner. I love wearable tech and have multiple trackers and apps most of the popular ones but not one of those options are available to connect to the practice better app. For me, this is the bulk of the work needed for this app. Please work on this. Everything else is great. Easy to find everything from the menu bar and great look and feel to the platform.

Lots of information but can't always link recipes to the food intake part so trying to do it by ingredients is VERY time consuming.

Is a very frustrating app, no matter phone or desktop for some reason doesn't show me to add the food journal, water intake nothing and always glitches or error when try to make an appointment or download document or picture

You used to be able to use a barcode scan to add food, but that seems to now be behind a pay wall and I can't figure out how to get the "premium" version. There are lots of foods that aren't in the app, foods that I thought were common but maybe only common in my country. It's very difficult and annoying adding foods. Nutritional values are often listed in percentage of daily intake on food packages, but the app wants actual amounts. I don't like using the app but it's what my dietician uses.

It's a nicely designed app, but I am only using it because my nutritionist uses it as he can see what I am eating and comment on it. The food database is not as good as Chronometer (at least in Australia) and I really hate the fact that I can't set my macros as targets and clearly see whether those targets are getting hit on daily and weekly charts.
