The app is good but the network is always slow most times and if I make any transaction it will bring connection error and the money will be deducted from my acc so by the time I check history the transaction will be successful. So they should try to work on it to make the app better. It has improved very well and it is working very fine now.

perfect app but the network need upgrade and so cheap data price needs to be considered for mtn ..smaller data like 50 mb

Nice app to use. However, there are some issues. First, slow loading and processing time. Second, the general market is not functioning as one can't purchase or pay bills using it. Third, my virtual account is not bearing my name as well as in my wallet I... Additional data fee which is different from what is been displayed on the options. There's a time I subscribed for 1GB l, the amount was debited from my wallet but the data was not credited to my number, even after I chatted them online.

the only issues I experience while using this app is when you make transfer it takes very long to reflect which not good especially when you need to purchase data urgently and most time when you purchase data it's stuck on pending until you contact support they really need to work on all that

It is a very good app. But it is slow in delivery of services. Try and improve in that. Also try and show the main wallet balance if someone uses the money on the wallet to avoid confusion. The last subscription I did, my wallet balance got deducted and at the same time increased. It got sent successfully and also reversed at the same time, I had to subscribe twice for my customer, making it duplicate subscription. Please try and stop the confusion

terrible app, it's slow, complicate issues, with very very bad customers care, i funded my wallet yesterday 11/02/2025 i recieved a mail but it was not added to my wallet in the app, and I'm contacting customer care they keep taking me back and forth asking me the same question over and over again isn't that annoying? if they can't work on it they should scrap the app, slow buying data, slow adding up balance etc... no quick action

I don't really understand am very upset with this app. The keep clearing all the monthly plans💔 as a matter of fath I have over 5,000 in it but all my preferred date plans are not available again 😡. Even the customer service is not working nor responding reasablely. Please I need help

Don't use app, I did a transfer to thier acct and it did not reflect on my wallet, my bank and thier bank said it was successfully delivered and money was added to their account, but this theifs refuse to give me money back or data after showing them evidence of transaction. After requesting for my money, then I was told it would be a loss to them, can you imagine! What I paid for! My money! Please please and please don't use if you like your self, thank you I have all my evidence to prove it.
