For the most part the App works as expected. Just recently the app stopped allow myself and coworkers to access the website from the App. It gives a TypeError: argument val is invalid. Once this is resolved I'll give 5 stars. Thank you

This app has changed the way we do business. The support team is responsive. The are willing to look at suggested changes and have already been working on some that we suggested. Forward looking and customer oriented! A lot of our clients conducting audits have skipped over whole sections once we tell them we're using KPA

Far to difficult to complete a safety report. We need to be able to change the date of safety audits. Update, now it won't even load a report because it won't "Capture current date".

I like that we don't have to have a pen or paper to fill out any forms, so the digital behavior forms are easy to access. Different training courses can be completed easily without spending loads of money for travel also give it a plus. As well as company policies being found easily. The only thing that I can add as far as improvement would be a more organized platform for filling out behavior based safety forms.

This app refuses to allow me to view pictures that I take in the app to link to reports. All that appears is a blue hyperlink jpg icon, but when you click on it it says it cannot load the image. I've reinstalled the app, restarted phone, and made sure to run the most up to date version. I'm using a Galaxy S22.

Very good app easy to found and easy to access

App has much room for improvement. There have been many times that employees state they have completed and submitted a form but as an end user, I do not see the form on our online dashboard. There is a miss communication between the app and the desktop site at times.
