Worst service. Its infuriating. I had been requesting a refund since 25th may. Due to covid & border restrictions, my study plans were cancelled. I have provided all the required information as well as visa cancellation letter. I am ready to provide any additional information anytime. Yet they reply so late. I have to remind them through email 3 to 4 to atleast reply or check my last mail. Shouldnt you people be assisting students during these difficult times, instead of ignoring them?

They ask a lot of details but you must input the details are shown to you. If there is not the specific details you have to choose the wrong one to be able to claim. I was willing to extend my cover for more 4 years, I will not after the first time I tried to use the app. Too much headache.

Im currently requesting a refund since I'm not in Australia. I hate how at first they sound easy (I.e., you just need to give us "A and B"). Later on when you send "A and B". They say NO, give us "A12 and B25". When I talk to them about this, they just give a standard standard way of evading responses. Been trying to refund for weeks now. Be more specific guys.

The app is serving its purpose. I haven't experienced any problem so far especially when I applied for my refund twice this year.

Useful app to explore your OSHC, although sometimes the home page freezes but it will work again after restarting it.
