The app is helpful and easy to use but i have a few things to point out: 1- u should mention there's an additional payment for unlocking bikes 2- it says in the description 0.10$ per minute but it's actually 0.15£ per minute which is almost 0.20$ 3- minute bundles should cost less per minute than pay as you ride option, and they should also cost less as u go up (less for 100 min and even less for 200min) to encourage people to purchase higher bundles

Love that the scheme has been brought to Stevenage. Bikes good. Seems inbuilt delay to end ride. Model needs to be tweaked; either more bays or at least ability to pause rides for a limited time (without charge). Understand why bays are advantageous, but they are limiting factor to where I can go (ability to have no charge pause would mitigate that).

Worst service imaginable. The scooters don't work half the time and the bikes are in constant disrepair. The app frequently loses track of the vehicle location and won't update so you're stuck unable to end a ride. If you're paying for these things AVOID. DO NOT RELY ON THEM FOR COMMUTING.

You can't rely on it. Unlocking issues, reliability issues, having to resubmit your license with no warning prior. Beryl, your users are commuting. If something is going to stop me from riding, I need to know AHEAD of time, not when I try and unlock.

The service works fine but it's too expensive. A journey that would cost £2-3 with a bus costs £6-7 with a bike. At that kind of pricing it's never going to compete. Forest in London has much more sensible pricing.

Would you like to hire a scooter or complete or survey. Not sure what happened but every time I unlocked the scooter the survey came back and couldn't be closed. Then, to add salt to the wound, I had to delete and re-upload my licence. Not convenient.

The app is slow, it doesn't recognise that I am in a designated parking area thus adding more time to the ride when I'm trying to end the session. I'm beginning to think that it may be deliberate.

Unable to verify any ID or payment details. Reinstalled the app and then unable to use any services because my "number was registered to another account" even though I signed in with my Google account both times. Extremely frustrating.
