It's better to select book and pay option than schedule trip if you're in a hurry... Overall, the driver was good and picked me up exactly on my location, but the app changed the drop off location, thankfully it was just a few steps away from my selected drop off point. Still, I arrived a bit early to my preferred location, which is good. 👍👍👍

The gps pick up is horid and wants you to walk up to 20 min for pick up point, Pre bookings pick up is a waste as they just change the times So don't use them if you have plans to be somewhere or be I. Time for work No loyalty program either

Another price increase absolutely kills any incentive to use this anymore. Prices are now the same as a regular cab so why wait for 30-45 mins in some vain hope your booking even comes to you. Not to mention the prevalent issues with the driver's map (always taking the worst routes) and the nonsensical drop-off priorities. Just ignore and wait for the next service to start. Hopefully that will be run with some sense of competence.

Very very bad, they are just increasing the prices without improving the service that is still very bad. It doesn't even deserve one star, alot of drivers are rude, there is nothing clean, Many times I found bugs and alot of cockroaches at a single bus, the smell is always bad, I don't recommend it at all.

They get late, and they always increase the time, and sometimes they cancel you, and sometimes the pickup is so far away that I need to walk 7 minutes to 10, and now they increased the price just like taxis, I'm not using this app anymore

I'm sitting and waiting for 20 min. I see car not moving. Im calling the number they provide and they are not available. I cancelled I rebooked new ride. Same car started driving towards me, and half way turns and started driving away. I think it's a scam.

I booked one and it showed 10 minutes pick-up time and I can see the driver location isn't far but my g got stuck for over 30 mins, ok things can happen but there is no option to choose another driver like when I cancelled and booked another one it pick same driver

So the app promises a lot but deliver so little, the option for setting pick up time or determining arrival time is useless as the app will keep changing it without regard to the user, when making a request the waiting time in most of the cases is inaccurate as the drivers won't move to pick up location upon request, sometimes the driver will stand still for more than 10 min and won't even answer when u try calling..... The 2 stars is for ease of the app and Secondly it is cheap and clean
