This is the most efficient service I've used in Nigeria. It's insane how quick it is. Good variety of items as well (although I'd love an even wider variety). The app is simple to use, deliveries are super quick (literally 20mins or less), and when I order groceries, they select good items to deliver. Been using this for over a year now and I have no complaints. All around perfect.

Used to be a great app, you place an order and 10 mins later they're at your doorstep. Since a year ago till now, every single order i place, they will call me saying that 80% of the items I ordered are out of stock! You have to work a lot on this stock issue, most of the items in the app are out of stock! Delivery is so slow, it might take up to an hour + for a person to get what he ordered, that is if what he ordered wasn't out of stock. A bad experience.

Terrible experience for a first time order. My order was cancelled after payment was made and customer service keep neglecting me for hours after assuring me that an action will be taken. I am deleting this app as soon as I get my 30k back.

I saw the ads, I liked it and downloaded it. It's been telling me for weeks now that it's services is not available in Nigeria when I entered my location. Please fix this, it's stressful.

App worked brilliantly until they decided to update it and ruin it. Have not been able to make a purchase due to an item price being changed, and the app has been stuck ever since. Have uninstalled it, and installed again and it's still stuck!

They're inconsistent in all their doings. Orders keep getting cancelled after a long waiting period. Their system of refunds and cash backs take so long, I end up just asking them to leave the money in my wallet and their customer service sucks.

They say they deliver in 27 minutes, but it really takes 2 hours. They know this, but they don't change it. That's what we call false advertising in my book.

Is your app OK? I installed it, and I can't even get past registering. I keep putting in my address. it's saying it's too far. I proceeded to go with using my location, and it's still not loading or allowing me to access the app. What is the meaning of this. Please do better
