I Truly Love This App, I Only Wish That It Was The Full Containment Of The Entirement Of The Full Channel Six ABC, And Not Only The News Alone. I Truly Love It For The News, But I Also Would Like For It To Contain The Entirement Of News Plus Entertainment. WAKE LOCK Does not work! 6abc app requires the wake lock permission which is supposed to prevent the device from turning the screen off during video playback. Currently while streaming live video 6abc app Fails to utilize the WAKE LOCK permission resulting in screen turning off and live stream of 6abc stopping. Then a user needs to unlock the device, navigate to the live stream and restart it. Until again the screen turns off stopping the video. Loop this multiple more times for 30min broadcast

Why update the UI? it's very broken now and makes me want to use the app a lot less. Why did you remove the share button? I can no longer share articles. Don't you want more page visits? Stop pushing new features and new UI and instead improve and optimize the existing product. Simple stuff but not for you...nbc10 probably has a better app.

Some genius thought it would be a good "improvement" to remove the ability to share articles. All it makes me do is go to the NBC 10 app instead. Great job.

I liked the old one where you can just see the headlines and choose want I want to look into. It also gave me Delco news. It was easier to navigate. I have no idea how to look up school closings or anything else in particular that I'm looking for without scrolling through EVERYTHING!!! This is the first time I visited the app since I wrote my post. I think it's time to uninstall it. The change was a downgrade in my opinion, very disappointed.

No problems with the 'Watch LIVE' option. When you attempt to click on the rebroadcast videos, you get three(3) stories (videos) in and, the third story (video) just repeats as if on a loop. The former format would play the rebroadcast videos in chronological order by date & time. PLEASE go back to the former rebroadcast video format or, at the very least; STOP (fix) the looping of specific videos. Thank you in advance. Avid Actin News viewer from birth.

Rating decreased from 4 star to one star. This latest version stinks. Poor planning went into this redesign. Articles are not sorted under major headings such as Sports, Business, Political/Politics, Entertainment, International News, Local News, etc. Subheadings ok. Live stream not so bad except it's not full screen when turning phone sideways.

Nov '23 update: Thank you for the added video functionality. A game changer. Better interface, but cannot go full screen on videos. Turning phone restarts the videos. Not a good user experience. Downgrading to a two based on frustration with video playback issues. The workaround, select segment the start video, shouldn't be necessary and is one of the only apps I have that is this unfriendly. I have taken to reading the text instead of struggling to keep the video in view on my phone.
