App is a disaster. On S21+ couldn't see OK button to confirm anything to do with journey. Wouldn't allow payments to be added. It took guessing and an app to shrink screen to just set up an account. Then booking a journey - I gave up and deleted account. Not even been in a taxi yet!

Your taxis are good but what i don't get is your app. It shows 7.80 - 8.20 to a destination but at end of the trip, i tend to see 10.20. You guys need to work on your app. It can be discouraging

Complete waste of time taxi firm. They never have any availability no matter time if day. Do not book at all. Absolutely shocking firm. No customer service too, if you ring, they kick off that you used the app

Fantastic taxi company with down to earth drivers, but the app needs updating so you can add card and debit card details... Atm you can only pay cash 🤷🤷
