The app is very buggy. After charging session always says you don't have insufficient balance no matter how much amount you have in wallet. Does not let you upload qr code instead of scan. No real support mechanism in case charger is not working. Currently display random message that "this section is not available". Overall feels like it's developed by an amateur team of coders.

Does not allow you to take screenshots. Does not charge if your balance is below 750 and wait for it...... Doesn't allow you to charge a four wheeler from the charging points for a 4 wheeler even when everything is all right. Also doesn't allow you to stop charging even when you click on the button multiple times. Only physical force works. What supreme bad luck, these guys (Elocity) have a monopoly on Adani Electricity.

This facility for charging EV is convenient but costly as the rate is too high as compared to charging at home. Also no charging gun is provided. one has to carry the charger along. The rate goes half after 10 pm which is good but very inconvenient for residents of high rise as one will have to wake up at midnight just to come down and disconnect the charger. It is just a 3 pin socket and very slow charging facility. Expect a lot from brand like Adani. Kindly improve.

Worst App. Always has some payment issues. Half of their chargers don't work. There is no option for feedback on the chargers as the poor reviews are never submitted. The charging does not stop automatically after the charging is completed. Third class app and chargers.

It shows that 250 is required in the wallet to start the charging and if amount goes less than 250 the charging didn't get started... Just a fake app......and no support system is their..

Version 3.2 can't connect to internet. "We could not establish a stable internet connection." Error. Cabot charge scooter till it's fixed. Update: rolled back to ver 2.9, that is also not working!

Unsatisfied APP, App quality is very bad, very bed IT developer who code this app, update is very slow, always show only mumbai..... Need to improve quality of APP

I too installed and recharged mistakenly in place of atgl. They don't respond to the messages in support to refund the money.
