This is still a problem. Frustrating, unusable. The app frequently fails to send an MFA code. Lately after several attempts it might send the MFA code, but then crashes with this Android error: "Something went wrong with AdventHealth. AdventHealth closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error." Reinstalled, now all I get is "Sorry, it looks like something has gone wrong....".

I highly recommend the AdventHealth app! The app provides convenient access to one's medical records, the ability to schedule appointments, access virtual urgent care services, access the list of medications if any, receive notifications, and so much more. It's helpful once it finally worked ... It took me 3 tries (an hour) before I was able to make it go through for a less than 5 minutes doctor visit of $64.00 The idea is great but the app has many bugs that need to be fixed such as freezing during payment 3 times and not recognizing my insurance info; I've been their patient for almost 20 years with the same insurance...

The telehealth 24/7 option used to be wonky and I had to call tech support many times, but I just had the best experience this time. It's a nice benefit to be able to be seen by a provider when I need it. Thanks , Advent Health. You've "made it easy"

I get notifications almost daily saying I have an after appointment summary.The issue is I havent had an appointment! How can I have an after appointment summary? I also get daily notifications saying my test results are ready and i haven't had ANY test. Very annoying. What is going on?? It is constant.

Confusing, sends update notifications before updates are visible in app, communication with doctors/team is unclear and difficult. Wouldn't use it at all if it weren't the only way to get in contact (phone calls are not returned in a timely manner).

Trying to reach my doctor through this portal app is pretty messy. I have to login, jump to My Chart, select from a list of irrelevant choices, and finally write a note to my doctor. If the note takes me longer than a few minutes, the original portal logs me out. Hard to do when you're very sick and need help!

App is glitchy and unreliable. I had to turn off MFA because it wouldn't send me codes most of the time. The chart fails to open constantly. Tech support person I spoke to was unpleasant and audibly annoyed. Not a great experience, very frustrating.
