Useless firm. Charged my daughter £1.50 more than the app agreed on 3 times, phoned up, and was promised a call back and the receptionist said it was out of order from the taxi driver and he'd be dealt with. When you order taxis via the app, especially scheduled, they don't arrive til 30 mins after the scheduled time. It's the most unorganised taxi firm ever. Stay clear.

So frustrating! I am a regular customer of City Taxis Blackburn, I would always use the app to book my taxi and pay using my bank card, loved this because it's convenient for me, unfortunately lately on two different occasions I've had the taxi drivers asking me how much I paid and complaining that I've not paid enough. One even commented about dropping me off when the milage is up! I pay what the app charge me, I have no control over that, maybe the app should add a way to tip drivers.

I would give them less than 1. Takes 10 minutes to get booked on the app. Then 15 minutes to actually get a task assigned even when you see taxis available and free on the app. Then if the driver feels like it they'll set off. This has been the worst service I've ever used, hands down. The taxi base staff just say anything, will make fake promises and the manager yelled at me on a call and said he will listen back to a certain call to prove me wrong, and hasn't been in touch since lol.

It would have been a 5* but they've removed card payments. I've uninstalled the app and will be using their competitors. I do not want to have to argue the fare with a taxi driver. I simply want to pay for my taxi and arrive at my destination. It's that simple.

Don't use them! Always try to overcharge despite the fare price in the app. Was overcharged on a pickup from hospital whilst still under influence of sedation. Driver wanted £5 over the in-app price, arguing with me whilst unwell. Shameful and greedy. Complained and was told the manager would ring back; never did. I just want to pay a fair and transparent price for the journey! They can't be trusted.

Worst possible taxi rank in Lancashire makes an app.....turns out its the worst thing they could have done.....they accept taxis and don't turn up and they're extremely rude on the phone if you try to ring them after waiting for a taxi that doesn't show up....app must be broke as 0 notifications show up even when a taxi does show up

I waited 90 minutes outside T2 for taxi . I had no phone coverage and borrowed passerby phones to call office. Eventually I tracked driver to car park who asked for waiting time!!! If he had done as requested I.e gone to T2 and looked for an elderly woman with blond dreadlocks ( hardly inconspicuous) it would have saved me from freezing cold after travelling all the way from India- a long 3 leg journey without sleep-- only to be eventually met with hostility.

Paid through the app, they took 2 payments off me for 2 taxis and wouldn't refund me for the taxi I didn't want or need! Disgusting customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. They also constantly overcharge. Do not use.
