upgraded app as one I'd installed before not working. after I installed, my location was noted automatically but wrong house number. when I searched for my house number "no search found". as I only really wanted a quote I left pickup as was and added my destination -southampton docks-"search not found". changed to southampton port -again "search not found"!. I therefore promptly gave up and uninstalled app!!

At first I did not get a very good service from 247 as they we're supposed to be picking me up from the same place at the same time at 4pm however they we're always late every day for 3 months, with the odd few days they got it right, but decided to give them another go and hey presto! They've been doing a very good job and service from that day moving forward!

My experience with the taxi service was excellent and was very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a taxi and is disabled and they was patient with me and showed respect

The service has dropped you call in morning 9 till 12 you operate say 30 40 minutes wait or call back in 10 minutes same if y call at 12 to 3 and same if you 3 till 9 am really think of use greathorton taxi that's men you would lose one of you old costmers if it's note addresses I will be using same other taxi company starting from next year thank you
