painful app to get set up. I wish there was a desktop version to bypass all of this nonsense. I can't even set up my request for a sitter because I am running into various app issues (image wouldn't come into focus for identification, next step buttons not functioning, app spinning instead of processing next step)

It's a great concept and I like the way they do business - the Facebook login thing is sketch, but whatever. My biggest gripe is that there are no notifications with the app. I lost a sitter because she was messaging me and I didn't know it. There are no settings for the app whatsoever, so there's no way to control anything with the app. Also it has access to an awful lot of permissions. The business is 5 stars but the app is 2 stars.

It wouldn't activate my sitter account because it said my credit card information needed to be completed. However, I was connecting to Venmo. Then I had an email saying they couldn't verify my account and they wanted a photo of my ID. It just all seemed fishy to me. Also, Urbansitter just seems to be a lot better for the parent side with a monthly fee, rather than a fee on top of the sitter's fee every time they book. I felt bad charging my normal fee, because it added another $3 to it.

Wasn't impressed the first time I tried this, as the app was very glitchy. However, they fixed the bug and it's much better now. I appreciate that I can send requests to numerous sitters at one time and that customer service is quite responsive. I have been pleased with both sitters I found on the app.

Not active, ridiculous notifications. Account has been active for months. No work. Have gotten 2 requests the entire time. The first never came through. I appoved the dates then they vanished. The second came in tonight and was the last straw to deactivating my account. Request came in after 10:30pm and the app is sending texts at 4am " reminding " that I have a job pending response. Its 4am imagine that. Not worth the hassle. Definitely not worth being woken up for.

Best App EVER!! I can't tell you how many times I stressed about finding a sitter for my daughter, but now with the help of Bambino app, I just add sitters as favorites thatvfit my needs and rates and send it out. I have confirmations so fast. I've always had great experiences AND I dont have to stop at an ATM to pay them. Everything at my fingertips within the app!!

I love using this app as a parent! We have young kids and no family in the area, so finding a babysitter was hard. I've used it for date nights and to get a mother's helper during an extra busy week. I like seeing reviews from my those in my community and seeing who I'm connected to through friends. Having a community coordinator to reach out to with questions is amazing. And accurate payments without having to think about it. So simple!

Used to love this app but now it's complicated and weird. Definitely favors the parents more. When a babysitter cancels a request they already confirmed, they get docked points but the parents dont face penalities when they cancel the confirmed request. Also, babysitters are not able to charge different rates for different number of kids. The app still has not fixed this feature. Additionally, I am tired of getting ghosts requests and messaging the parents can be weird and faulty sometimes.
