App keeps crashing, most of the time, I don't get the call when someone ring at the gate. And on top of it, it consumes way too much battery. Need big improvements

There are a lot of issues in the app. First, not being able to change the ringtone. I am not able to differentiate between door phone calls and normal calls. Secondly, not able to mute the app for some time or even when the ringer is ringing. Thirdly, when a nornal phone call is running and the ringer rings from this app. It doesn't mute or silent itself. It starts ringing.

Not very reliable for funcion that this app should perform. Very late at night, when you are in time pressure, it ask for user and key. No way to store these in you Edge or similar!
