Not clear. App seems to be free to install. When you try and open the app to use it, it asks for login details. Most charged apps have a price attached which you pay when you download it. With this app you download to check it out, you then have to exit go to the website pay the £30 or £48 dependant on number of hives. Get login details after payment is processed, then go back to the app and login. In todays day and age people look for convenience. Also they don't reply to emails.

Unfortunately a requirement to register with another app is required to get a code to allow you to register to bee watch. May seem petty but I really don't need a phone full of apps to run one single app. Also had warning of this app harming my device.
