In Central Ga delivery times are typically 30 minutes or less. Fast food orders are quicker, but the finer restaurants prepare your food to order and may take longer. I love how the app keeps you notified throughout the order. You can actually see your driver's progress on the map, similar to uber. The drivers also have insulated bags to keep the food hot.

We originally had no choice but to use this in our town but we now have grubhub/uber. The delivery fees change daily & can be as expensive as $1.25/mile. In addition to extreme delivery & service fee (which I have confirmed goes to the driver but still have to tip) you will also have delivery minimums that can exceed $15 which means when eating alone the app is useless. Menus are inaccurate & rarely updated & OrangeCrate actually adds cost to some menu items making it even MORE EXPENSIVE.

Prices ridiculously high. Pay more for "delivery fees" and "service fees" than you do for the food. Then they include those fees in the total that you're tipping on and require a minimum of 16% tip, which is really closer to a 35% tip because of outrageous fees. Only reason i ever use this app is because it has some places that uber eats doesnt. I need to uninstall, it's a waste of money.

I was surprised at the speed of my order but it was incomplete. Called and notified them upon delivery. They offered a refund or the rest of my order. I chose the order. Waited an hour and heard nothing back. Called again and was told it was escalated and they'd call back. When they called back they again offered me a refund instead of my missing order. Ended up taking the refund as no one was trying to complete my order.

The wife and I have been using OC for a few years now. OC is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE for a food delivery service. EVERY goddamn time we use OC, we get a call about items not being available any longer, items being out for the day or we wind up having items missing from our order. Every. Single. Time. I wish I were exaggerating! Save yourself the aggravation and use Grubhub, Door Dash, etc rather than this con service. If I could rate in the negative numbers, I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

I love this app accept for the high delivery charges. However the people who deliver are wonderful and very nice. My food has always been hot and delivered super fast. I have also used the waitr app and this one is much better. Also waitr charges you a weekly subscription fee. So if you just don't want to go get your own food use this app.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I used to use this app and then stopped because the fees and pricing was so outrageous! The ONLY reason i redownloaded it qas because I KNEW it would deliver from one of my favorite restaurants that no one else did... i go to use it today and NOW my address is OUT of their service area? I've wasted so much freaking money on this I regret it so much! DON'T GET THIS APP SAVE YOUR MONEY IT'S TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT

Insanely expensive 😫 my 40 dollars worth of food was going to cost 75 dollars to be delivered!! 35 dollars extra?!??! Called the restaurant directly and only had to pay a driver tip. Orange Crate practices highway robbery!
