Issue with installation... Just installed the app after seeing an ad on YouTube and seeing that the app has great reviews. After installing the app and going through the account registration, at the end there is a mandatory 1min short video you must watch in order to finalize registration. No matter what I tried I couldn't get the video to load. It just showed black screen after hitting play. If you run into this issue just force close the app and log back in and it will bypass the video..

Best app ever!! Techs are amazing. So easy to use. I was this would have been available 40 year ago when I was in the field. If you can't find the info you need, you call and they answer right away! I needed a wiring diagram on a old unit and they dug it up in minutes and emailed it to me!!! Also I had a chance to use TDX20 (458a) and what a game changer! I will definitely recommend to my coworkers! Bkuon is the best and only app in our field. Thanks Bluon!!

I don't know if my experience was unique to me but unless I used the app regularly, my account wasn't saved/recognized. I only used the app a time or two and when going extended periods of time without using the app, my info was lost. It was fixed the first time it happened pretty quickly when I talked to someone at Bluon but I don't care to go through the same process every time. That being said, I do believe that Bluon provides a great service and have solid technicians on hand to help you.

I've always said the HVAC industry needed after hours technical support. But for these folks to provide it FREE to technicians is just amazing. And with an average hold time of 2 minutes or less?! Really, that's more than 5 star value. Each tech support rep I've spoken to has been great. Also, they're more understanding than manufacturer tech support, as they don't have to 'protect the brand.' More features in the app, but I haven't had to use them that often. Thank you Bluon!!!

The fact that the search tab that states in its graphic that you can search by model number is false. Certain units that I've never seen are hard to identify sometimes due to no logo on the air handler. Like some Goodman's for example. I have to type the model and serial in Google which is a more effective way to find out what unit I'm working on. Unfortunately, this defeats the purpose of me having Bluon as an app since a very critical function is missing. 3 stars.

Greatest HVAC tool EVER! Had bluon a month, used twice including today. Both Techs were super knowledgeable and patient. One helped me with an old 10 ton split system, all relays. And the other helped me troubleshoot a bad headmaster valve in the rooftop unit of a walk-in cooler that works perfectly during the day but loses capacity at 3-6am, pushing the box temp to 48°. I'm recommending this app and it's technicians to everyone. Thanks for the assist!

I love this app! It's has so much concentrated information that's easy to navigate. For a Service Tech needing pertinent and accurate information like manuals, wiring diagrams and on occasion, tech support. This really offers all of that and the tech support actually offers real support. It's a awesome! Keep up the good work!

This app is great and has a ton of great, free, information. There are tons of install manuals and I have actually used the tech support and spoke with a very knowledgeable guy who was able to help me through some communication issues with a Bryant Evolution. Highly recommend this app and supporting it. I feel it's only going to get better.
