This app is a waste of time. Crashes all the time. I have complained to my campus bookstore. Cengage is great, but it is good for as long as you are enrolled in the class. Why can't yuzu work out all the bugs. Flashcards are a great idea, but lag is making that feature impossible. Highlighting is so frustrating, I want to highlight and move on. Lately, (like 4 mos. Now) I can't load the books on my laptop.

Buggy, audio playback randomly detaches from visual highlight. It also detaches from playback control and then you must reboot your device. It is also very slow at loading text, which is just silly in modern day. It makes me really unhappy that somehow these guys are the only ebook provider for my school... Other wise I'd never use this terrible app.

I gave it two stars for the two times it almost started. I couldn't get it to slow down so I could take notes, unless I wanted it to start over every time. Exhausted, then my professor, who definitely does not care about this issue being the reason I'm behind reading this book. Especially since it was the only version available to purchase at my school.

Painful. Yuzu's built in reader voices are very choppy and exhausting to listen to, not what you want for a dense textbook. It's been a few minutes and I want to jump out of my chair. I can use my browser reader (which is very smooth) in cengage and stukent without issue but not yuzu books. Also, the formatting is bad, at least for the Adobe Revealed books - the text is TINY inside the app and I have to zoom in. Just barely meets the definition of functional.

Easy to use. Stubborn at times. Frustratingly clumsy for annotating on smartphone. I'm reading a document without the ability to effectively enlarge text on it now in any consistent manner workout resetting the effort on every page, but it does the job for cheaper than a paper textbook. How long has it been since a substantial update? That partially tells the story.

This app is not reliable. It freezes often and is difficult to keep notes. Forget trying to use the web browser to read. The app, as bad as it is, functions better than any of the available web browsers. I also tried to connect with customer service for help and their servers aren't accepting emails. Maybe I'll try to call them today. Why are colleges relying on this app?

It keeps crashing. If I click on a word with an attached definition, it freezes then crashes. This is the second book that I've had issues with, and the first book was a whole separate set of issues. When I click on feedback, it freezes and gives me a black screen. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S10 plus, so it's not an old phone.

I can't access my books. It only shows the title page. Customer service hung up after not being able to fix it. Useless app. The worst part is that I can't use the browser because they make you get the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Reloaded menu, etc. UPDATE: use the pearson+ app. Yuzu is not working at all but I got my books from pearson+ app.
