Too many issues... App freezes a lot and I have to constantly restart. Prices for rides have now almost tripled within a few months. Wait time is very lengthy, and customer service is slow. The app was good in the beginning but I wouldn't recommend that anyone download it now.

Book a Ride is a game-changer! It's my go-to ride-sharing app, and I can't give it anything less than 5 stars. The app is super user-friendly, and I love the real-time tracking feature (No more lies from Taxi Services). Prices are fair, wait times are short, and drivers are courteous. It's my go to service, when I am not driving. Highly recommended!

I booked a ride this morning for the first time and the request expired due to no cars being available. I tried again a few minutes later and my request was accepted but cancelled a minute later. A few minutes after that I received a call from Customer Service asking if I still wanted the ride and I said Yes and the car turned up about 10 minutes later. Distance was 2.08 km and the fare was GY$600. Another taxi quoted $700 for the same trip. Use Chat if you can't get a ride, they respond quickl.

Nice to finally have a service that's reliable and efficient. You can track where your driver is, the time they will take to pick you up and to get to your location, and the best part is that the drivers information is there that you can share. If cars are unavailable and you have to wait, customer service calls to see if you're still interested and sends a car . The efficiency is a plus for me.

Great service but the app needs to be optimized it freeze and crass too often the company should get a new app developer for this app cause it's getting too hard to book a ride

This app is a piece of garbage. Doesn't work and it freezes alot. Don't waste your time behind this app. Wish they could call and book the ride. As far as the app go garbage and got to put a lot of personal info if you manage to get all the way there. Save yourself the trouble and google taxi base and they will pick you up.

First time passenger here, enjoyed every single minute of my ride. The wait time was really short, car was comfortable, clean and air conditioned, driver was extremely polite and friendly. 10/10 would book again. Ps. Just wished there was a way to rate the drivers and request them back.
