Worst virtual run app, running result did not automatically rose in the app and cannot manual submit, sent complain to the organizer and no solving solution. The apps several times uninstall and reinstall, not changes, problem cannot solve.. device which has been connected cannot disconnect... very bad apps comparing with others running apps such as 99 virtual race, Born to Sweat and Spacebib

1-rating is still too good. It deserves zero. These are the reasons: 1) The recording activity is really suck. It often stop when I am running. 2) If you think that connecting to garmin is a solution to problem number 1, well it is not! While I had connected garmin to borobudur app and recorded my 10 km run using garmin, the borobudur app took it as 16 km. 3) What makes it worst is that the committee only rely on this suck tracking app in their events. There is no manual submission on the app.

Unable to complete registration in any race beacuse of a technical issue. Not sure if it's because I'm not from Indonesia, but looks like nobody was able to figure out how to fix the problem. I already ran out of slots for the races I planned to join.

Please fix account verification process. I'm experiencing failed account verification way too many times and have to input data (& upload KTP) repeatedly. Edited : I've reach CS email, and the verification steps already done. Thank you

Tell your developer to learn about capacity planning. Surely this app was made to only host 60 runners only... I was registered to do 10km run today, but the app stopped recording after 7.6km. Even worse, the Garmin connection was not working...

My run for Barobudur Marathon Virtual 2021 is not recorded. Days before, I tried to use this app, recorded at the time but cannot be retrieved. And cannot transfer data from Garmin Connect.

Its sucks!!! Bye 5K run... App crashed in the middle of an event and lost time to submit aan activity. U should have make this app can be linked to other apps like Strava or Nike Run Club etc...
