Only views,neither anyone accepts the request nor anyone send the request until you pay the matrimonial, actually the procedure should be once the request is accepted on either side they should work as mediator,they should arrange meetups under there surveillance and take proper identification through police verification more over they should be ready to arrange the marriage feast as per wish and will of the parties. Hopeless app.

I had a very bad experience. Most of the matches just accept your request but they never reply or try to reach.i have taken premium subscription 3 times still didn't get any good response. Prices are too high and in between got call from them that "sir we saw u have taken 3 times subscription so we suggest you to spend 10000 more and we fix a direct face to face meeting with someone". Means they r just making money nothing else. Same thing happened with one of my friend also.

They had called me for making offline matches from Shaadi on 18-11-2022, 10:30 am & the person was rude & hopeless on call. He pretended as if I need to do a lot of research before signing up & he also said that "As I can see you have bought 1 month premium plan so your money has already got wasted", then why do you keep that plan on your app. Apart from that no serious profiles were found and there is no proper verification just pancard and photo viz optional. No one replied after connecting.

I am extremely unhappy with the services. I am paid member still not getting any help from anybody. I uninstalled the app just to update and not unable to login my 10 days has already waste still not getting any support or response from the team.

One of the worst app Kindly remove shaadi live option as always I spend my net and time in attending live but no use only I can see one person video who explains how to attend live after that all matches busy and no matches there . Secondly when we recieve a request in matches and when we call they don't respond and no use till now no matches are coming every day new matches we check there repeated profile showing. Their boss knows only to attend shark tank
